Apple Care Extended Warranty

Requirements to make an Apple guarantee valid:
• To present original invoice and fotostática copy with serial number, data of the legible and correct buyer name and date, to be within the period of guarantee (a year, date invoices).
• The global guarantee is only valid in portable equipment.
• In case of abuse, the guarantee is not valid (I mistreat, damages by blows or spills of some liquid, among others).
• The equipment must be put under a revision; the guarantee only covers the hardware, does not include software. One recommends the client to make a backup of all his information.
• The considered time of diagnosis is of 48 hours.


Important information on repairs:
• The considered time of diagnosis is of 48 hours and in repair we depend on the availability of parts.
• The spare parts are only sold installed in our laboratory.
• It is required of 70% of advance payment to request any spare part.
• The repairs as much have a guarantee of 3 months in parts as in manual labor.
• The repair of software has a cost of $ 45,00 and it only is by the operating system, does not include applications.
